I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled 'An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Five million two hundred and two thousand one hundred and thirty-five Dollars to the Public Service of the year 1907,'

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
